PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT
- A non-refundable deposit is required to book all packages. Your appointment will only be secured once the deposit is paid.
- Please note: The deposit is not applied toward the final cost of your pictures. Payments made during booking online are to secure your appointment. You will have to pay the package amount at the appointment.
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges for deposits or remaining balances under any circumstances.
Guest Policy:
- You may bring one guest with you to your session—unless both parents are attending. Additional guests will be asked to wait outside or in their vehicle to help us maintain a comfortable and safe environment.
Late Arrivals:
- We allow a short grace period, but you must notify us if you are running late. If you arrive after the grace period without notice, your session will be marked as missed, and a $50 rebooking fee will apply.
Grace Period by Session Length:
- 15–20 minute session: 5-minute grace period
- 30-minute session: 10-minute grace period
- 45 minutes or longer: 15-minute grace period
Important Note About Yearbook Packages:
- If you book the Yearbook or Yearbook/Composite Only package and want to purchase printed pictures, you must upgrade to the Basic package or higher. These pictures are not available for purchase under the Yearbook-only packages.
NEW POLICY – EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY
Photos are no longer available on the same day by default.
- If you would like same-day photos, there is a $20 rush fee.
- Otherwise, your photos will be available for pickup within 5 to 7 business days at no extra cost.
